Pure Hearts’ Sapno Ki Udaan’ sets the stage for its sixth edition for Autism Awareness
April is commemorated as Autism Awareness month, and Pure Hearts, an NGO, is again putting its best foot forward and sentiments to ‘Celebrate Diversity, Inclusion & Oneness’ with SAPNO KI UDAAN 2023“ on April 22nd in collaboration with WorldMark, Gurugram.
Talking about the NGO, Shalu Johar, the founder and volunteer of Pure Hearts, says, “Children from different schools and residential areas of Gurugram are the driving force behind Pure Hearts. It is our sincere effort as parents to sensitize children with the unique needs of some people and children with a focus on autism, the underprivileged sector, special/differently able children, war veterans, environment protection, senior care, and children with cancer/critical illnesses.
In its successful sixth edition, the NGO invites the larger inclusive community to become a part of its autism awareness mission by sensitizing people in their surroundings and gathering in large numbers at the event on April 22nd, 5.30 onwards, to stand with people within the spectrum of autism.
Nivedita Rathore, another senior volunteer and content well of the NGO, adds, “We want to make our show all-inclusive and highlight the talent of children across the spectrum. The evening dedicated to autism awareness would be lively, full of music, dance, drama and sentiments to unfold the talent and uniqueness of children and celebrate life and its diversity.”
Many renowned and talented singers in the autistic spectrum would join to inspire – Benzy, an internationally acclaimed singer from Dhoon Foundation, and Shivang Agarwal from Action for Autism.
